A Recruitlynk Search Specialist will schedule a consultation within 24 hours of your inquiry.  After you complete an Assessment Questionnaire, an NDA will also be signed to ensure discretion.

 

2. Conduct Consultation.

During your one-hour Candidate Consultation with a Recruitlynk Search Specialist, we will discuss your aspirations, your experience, review assessment results, and explore potential opportunities.

 
 

3. Explore + Advocate.

Once we identify a relevant opportunity, submit you to the client with your approval. We will never submit you without your approval. We will keep you in the loop, advocate, and coach you throughout the entire interview and offer process.

 
 
 

4. Maintain + Update.

We always maintain contact for ongoing support. Once represented by a Recruitlynk Search Consultant, you’re all set!
