Having been at this for over 10 years, I've seen recruiting through two different lenses: agency and corporate. That insight has made me empathetic to the challenges faced on both sides of the equation.

I know the opportunity I have in both settings when it comes to hiring the best talent for the role. I know what it takes to be a true business partner to my clients and valued job search coach to my candidates.

For me, recruiting is a strategic, thought-provoking, and data-driven challenge… and I genuinely love taking on that challenge every single day.

And that’s why I started Recruitlynk in August of 2020 - Because when you “lynk” exceptional talent with exceptional companies, the resulting synergy might just change the world.
